It is with great pleasure that we announce that the C. BRADFORD LAW FIRM is welcoming with open arms Ms. Larann Box to our firm. Ms Box graduated from La Verne Law School and successfully passed the California Bar Exam on her first attempt.

Having clerked for the San Bernardino District Attorney’s Office, it is without doubt that Ms. Box will bring great insight into our criminal defense cases.

Our Cases

December 2012 – Orange County Superior Court, Harbor Court – Client charged with DUI with high blood alcohol level enhancement. Client pled to standard first terms, converted fine to jail time (in LA County) and only required three month program; enhancement dismissed.

October 2012 – Los Angeles Superior Court, Long Beach Courthouse – Client charged with second DUI in 10 years, traffic collision with three other vehicles and with injury, BAC .26.  Client took deal dismissed two charges, pled to DUI; informal probation, minimum fines and alcohol class.

October 2012 – Los Angeles Superior Court, Long Beach Courthouse – Corrected dissolution judgment nunc pro tunc.

October 2012 – Los Angeles Superior Court, San Pedro Courthouse – Debt Collection Firm filed a lawsuit against Client for over $10,000.00.  Case DISMISSED.

September 2012 – Los Angeles Superior Court, Stanley Mosk Courthouse – Non-Custodial parent petitioned for change of custody, client had primary 80% custody.  Request for modification of custody was denied.

August 2012 – Los Angeles Superior Court, Long Beach Courthouse – Obtained client full primary custody of minor child (client was father). Mother was granted minimum visitation rights in order to show cause.

July 2012 – Los Angeles Superior Court, Stanley Mosk Courthouse – Client obtained 50% custody (one-week on/one-week off) with minor child.  Client was father.

July 2012 – Los Angeles Superior Court, Torrance Courthouse – Negotiated dissolution judgment awarding client (Husband) alimony; pension and retirement rights and a buy out on real estate.

July 2012 – Los Angeles Superior Court, Stanley Mosk Courthouse – Client was owed over $42,000.00 in back owed spousal support for over ten years, with a substantial amount of interest, settled out of court with attorney’s fees for a favorable amount to the client.

July 2012 – Orange County Superior Court, Central Justice Center – Defendant was facing 7 years in state prison on two felony charges involving assault with a deadly weapon and criminal threats.  Negotiated plea for dismissal of one charge, no jail time, three month anger management class, one year formal probation and a 17b reduction to a misdemeanor after one successful year.

May 2012 – Los Angeles Superior Court, Long Beach Courthouse – Successfully negotiated a 50/50 custody plan in a paternity action while representing the Father.

May 2012 – Los Angeles Superior Court, West Covina Courthouse – DUI case client was still on probation but wanted to enter into the service.  Able to terminate probation after only five months.

April 2012 – Los Angeles Superior Court, Long Beach Traffic Division – Violation of california vehicle code for using a hand held device while driving (“Cell Phone Ticket”) DISMISSED.
